Orders $30–$74.99: $5.95
Free standard shipping on orders of $75 or more

Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment, depending on your location and the carrier. Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow its journey. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, holidays, or carrier delays.
- Order Processing Time: Every order of fresh loose leaf tea is hand-packed with care. Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be processed after payment authorization. Orders placed over weekends or official holidays begin processing the very next business day.
- Estimated Delivery Time: Once your fresh tea leaves our ranch, standard domestic delivery typically takes 3–7 business days. Delivery windows may vary slightly based on your specific regional location and seasonal carrier volume.

Tea Ranch proudly provides reliable domestic tea delivery across the United States, servicing both physical addresses and P.O. Boxes. At this time, we do not offer international shipping or delivery to U.S. territories.
- Contiguous United States: Tea Ranch proudly ships to all physical addresses and PO Boxes within the lower 48 states.
- Alaska: Shipping is fully available for Alaskan orders, with exact carrier rates calculated dynamically during your checkout process.
- Territories & International: At this time, we do not ship to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, or international destinations due to strict agricultural customs regulations and fluctuating carrier costs.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Lost Shipments
We carefully inspect and package every order before it leaves Tea Ranch. However, if a shipping mishap occurs, we are fully committed to making it right:
Damaged Items: If your package arrives compromised, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please include clear photographs of both the external shipping box and the damaged tea products so we can process a swift replacement.
Lost in Transit: If your tracking information stalls or your package is lost, reach out to our team immediately. We will initiate an investigation with the carrier to track down your shipment or arrange a solution.
